The save button to make my mod been public is not working

Hi Guys,
I tried yesterday many times to edit and made my mod public. I wrote a description and I enabled the public button at the end asked me to save, but nothing happened when I pressed that button.

I need to share a mod that I created. After so many times trying, I wanted to make sure I can open the link without sign in. in no one account, but this doesn't let me.

Help me please.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox, but I tried before in Google Chrome and the same happened.

Also, if the problem is still happening, could one of your guys send us a JavaScript console fullscreen screenshot so Development can look for errors? To open the js console in chrome, for example, press ctrl + shift + i

I'm having trouble doing a pic and description for my ninjago mod. Look on my "ninjago mod released! but there's a problem!" topic, click the link and press "back" to see the info.

Would you post the picture you're trying to upload for your mod in this forum thread? That way we can check if the photo is a file that ends in .jpg or .png (which are the only file types allowed to be added to mods) That may be why it's not saving.

Hm weird. How big is the photo size? Is it possible to make it smaller, in an image editor?

If refreshing and updating your browser doesn't it solve either -- you can comment here with the photo you want to use along with the description, then Development can try adding it to your mod.

How do I refresh and update my browser? The photo is 2018-10-20_11.2.43.png I'm not aware of any image editor other than Photoshop, and I'm not sure my family uses it, and I do not know how to tell the photo size.

Press f5 on the keyboard to refresh the browser window.

To manually update browser, that depends on the browser. What type of browser do you use?

So when you press reply on the forum thread, you should see an upload button next to the </> button. Try pressing it, then from the 'my device' option, click choose files. Then find your photo -- that should upload it to this forum thread.

Thanks. I'm not sure why the save button isn't working for you -- we're unable to reproduce the problem on our end.

To update google chrome, click the three dots button on the upper right corner of the browser, then Help, then About Google Chrome. That will take you to a screen that will tell you if your Chrome is uptodate.

I would like Elemental powers, elemental shields, spinjitzu, and airjitzu. And I was going to add elemental dragons, but I decided against it. The other stuff is cool though. Only Lloyd's spinjitzu is colored. I hope you enjoy it. Everything that is ictalictized are words I want in the description.
